Board Openings

There are openings on the Board both now and in January. If you are interested in becoming a member of the Board, please submit your name and a short bio with the information that you want others to know about you and why you are an asset to our neighborhood. See the website for examples of bios of the current board members. We need this information by December 10th in order to send out the ballots in time. Friendly reminders to help keep Cimarron Foothills Estates a wonderful place to live! Take advantage of the cooler weather to check your yard and mailbox for HOA violations. Every house's mailbox must have a light that comes on from dawn to dusk. Out neighborhood is very dark, and mailbox lights provide first responders the ability to read addresses in times of emergency. Plus, it adds to the aesthetic and safety of our neighborhood.

Roofs

If you are planning on recoating your flat roof (monsoon season is right around the corner) we remind you of our CR&R requirement for all phases and Pima County's ordinance that your roof coating be tan, not white. White roof coatings reflect light into neighbors windows and can be a visual nuisance.

Roads

Pima County has a terrific app you can download to your Android or IPhone called SeeClickFix. Once you download it you can use it to take a photo of a pothole or other road or sign issues that need county attention and then it is easily sent to Pima County for repairs. It’s easy to use, and the county has been very responsive.The squeaky wheel gets the grease, and the more we make the county aware of problems with our roads, the more likely we will be repaved.
