    • The Board

    Election of your Board of Directors provides representation for all Cimarron owners.

    Included with invoices for annual dues, mailed January 1st, are ballots. The ballots are self-mailers for you to complete and mail back to the bookkeeper for tallying. Newly elected Board members are announced at the Annual Homeowners Meeting held on the last Saturday of January.

    Staggered two-year terms for each director provide continuity and experience on the Board.


    We invite each homeowner to volunteer for a position on the Board. Make a difference in your neighborhood.
