    The purpose of Architectural Reviews is to follow the CR&Rs that were incorporated to make Cimarron a unique area.

    Form for requests to the Architecture Chair

    Note:
    1. Submit your painting/repainting or remodeling plans for approval at least two weeks prior to the Board Meeting.
    2. Call me for Final Construction Review Approval of your Board-approved plans.*

    You are required to obtain your nieghbors' input before submitting building or remodeling plans for Association approval. Remember, the best way to deal with questions or plans is to talk to your neighbors—early. Thanks to all of you who have been so cooperative in these matters.

    *Fee structure (refundable upon Final Construction Review Approval):
  • • New homes: $450 ($150 refundable)
  • • House additions: $300 ($150 refundable)
  • • Swimming pools and minor remodeling: No fee.

    Kim Wolfarth

    Kim and his wife Marilyn have been residents of Cimarron Foothills for the past 28 years. A graduate of the University of Arizona College of Architecture, he is an avid UA sports fan of football and basketball for many years. He is a licensed architect in Arizona and has worked at several local architectural firms specializing in acute care hospital design and construction. Kim has also designed numerous custom homes and residential additions through his career. He is now semi-retired and enjoying time with their grandson Hunter.
