  • Duties of the President
  • 1.The President shall be the chief executive officer of the corporation and such shall have general supervision of the affairs and property of the corporation and over its several officers subject to the direction of the Board of Directors. The President shall preside at all meetings of the Board of Directors, shall see that orders and regulations of the Board of Directors are carried out and unless otherwise provided by the Board, sign all contracts, notes, leases, mortgages, deeds and all other written instruments which may have been approved by the Board or pursuant to Authority granted by the Board.

    Mike has lived in Cimarron since 2012. He moved to Tucson 1990, after growing up in Toledo, Ohio. He currently works as a Deputy Chief for the Tucson Fire Department. Mike has been in the Fire Service for more than 25 years.
