  • The Roads and Medians Chair handles concerns about the 5 entrances to Cimarron Foothills Estates.

    Note: All the roads and medians in Cimarron are owned and maintained by Pima County.
    To complain to Pima County about our roads, call: 520-724-6410.

  • •Repair and maintenance is done by Pima County. Safety issues should be reported to the Pima Pothole number: 520-724-6410. Multiple homeowners may elicit a response, possibly.
  • •Homeowners should not alter medians. They can file for a permit from the county to alter them.
  • •Removal of trees, shrubs, or cacti is illegal. Plants, trees, or dirt blocking the road should be reported to the county or the HOA.
  • •HOA has a small budget to landscape entrances.
  • •Homeowners should keep their property by the roads tidy and pick up after their pets.
  • •The Cimarron Foothills Homeowners Association does not own and is not responsible for maintenance of any roads or medians except for the five entrances.
  • •For any circumstances involving publicly parked or operating vehicles, road conditions or median issues you must call one of the following numbers to report and/or to receive resolution.

  • •Except for infrequent and temporary situations (Family gatherings, celebrations, garage sales, etc.) there should be no regular parking of vehicles along roads and medians.

    June McLean

    June was born in Pittsburgh, PA and raised in Youngstown, Ohio. She relocated to Tucson, Arizona in 1983 and became Manager of Communications with Hughes Aircraft Corporation. In June, 1985 she purchased Copygraphix and as President of the company enjoyed over 34 years as a highly successful Tucson business. Copygraphix not only served Southern Arizona in supplying office equipment but also provided IT services and document management software. June sold Copygraphix Inc. August, 2019.

    June and her husband, Wade McLean, purchased their home in Cimarron in 2021. They love Tucson and look forward to living in the Foothills for many years.
