    CR&Rs are the Conditions, Reservations and Restrictions that you agree to when purchasing a home in Cimarron Foothills, and are enforcable in a court of law.

    These rules have been established to help keep our neighborhood an attractive and pleasant place to reside.

    Each phase of the development has it's own CC&Rs. You can check which phase your lot is in by going to the MAP.
