    In case of any emergency, dial 9-1-1. Most areas of Arizona connect to an enhanced 9-1-1 system. With this system the 9-1-1 dispatcher will automatically be supplied with your phone number and address. This is extremely important during an emergency situation when every second counts!

  • Poisonous Reptile Removal
    A service provided for homeowners with a fire service agreement.
    For reptile removal or other non-emergency services provided by Rural Metro firefighters, call the non-emergency number above.
  • Vehicle/Home Lockout
    Rural/Metro will only assist with entering a locked vehicle if the engine is running or there is someone inside the vehicle who is not able to unlock it. If it is an emergency situation, please dial 911; for non-emergencies call the non-emergency number (520)624-9913
